Before you purchase

answers.

Is this the same as the larger products?

No. Foundations is a separate, smaller product. It handles a single clip and includes no batch caption rendering or studio orchestration. Buying Foundations does not unlock Editgrove Creator Kit or Renderstead.

Can I pay by card or another wallet?

This page accepts Alipay only. You need an eligible Alipay account. Stripe embeds the checkout here; Alipay may open separately for approval and then return you to the site.

How do I receive the product?

Create an account using your normal email and a password. After confirmed payment, open your guide, source and templates in the site’s library. You can copy the files and print or save the guide as a PDF. Delivery does not depend on an email attachment.

What about refunds and support?

Purchase and access support are available through the support page. No voluntary change-of-mind refunds apply after supply, subject to mandatory legal rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content. Custom implementation, future updates and indefinite hosting are not included.
