Digital purchases

After the purchased guide and code library have been supplied, we do not offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind. This policy is subject to applicable law and does not remove any cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, refund or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Immediate access

Checkout includes a separate request for immediate digital supply and acknowledgment that an applicable statutory withdrawal right may be lost when supply begins, where permitted by law. Your purchase confirmation records that request and can be saved before you open the library. Mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.

Access problems and incorrect charges

If payment is confirmed but the library does not open, email fanvueact1@gmail.com with the product name and Stripe order or receipt reference. We will investigate and restore access or provide the remedy required by applicable law. Contact us promptly about duplicate or incorrect charges. Do not submit a second payment to resolve a missing-access problem.

How to request a remedy

Contact fanvueact1@gmail.com, describe the problem and include your order reference. Do not send full card details or your private access code. Refunds, when due, are returned using the original payment method where possible; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
